There is no hard and fast rule about what to wear for a badminton game. However it is very necessary that whatever outfit you chose, it should give you total comfort. When you are playing badminton, you require clothing that does not interfere with your game play. The clothing should be such that it gives you complete flexibility. Most of the players prefer wearing a t-shirt, polo shirt with a pair of shorts or skirt.
For the perfect clothing, you should select attire you are completely comfortable with. If it is a skirt that you are looking for, make sure that it is of the ideal length, neither
too small nor too big. The International Badminton Federation has some kind of regulations regarding the acceptable clothing. Of course the players are not allowed to play in jeans and black-soled shoes, but there is no restriction on the color of the clothes.
